Dr. Rotenstein co-authors Law & Human Behavior journal article on Virtual vs. In-Person Mock Juries

Vivian Rotenstein, Ph.D.  |  Blueprint Trial Consulting

Dr. Vivian Rotenstein, Litigation Consultant at Blueprint Trial Consulting, recently co-authored an article published in Law and Human Behavior examining the differences between virtual and in-person mock jury deliberations.  While some differences did emerge between deliberation modalities, altogether, the two types of juries did not significantly differ across most outcomes measured. This work was funded by the National Science Foundation, with collaborators Dr. Krystia Reed, Dr. Valerie Hans, Peter McKendall, Addie Rodriguez, Dr. Rebecca Helm, and Dr. Valerie Reyna.
